SECTION 4 – SHIPPING POLICY

– Standard delivery: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM IST).
– 12-hour express delivery is available only within the Delhi/NCR region.
– Estimated delivery time for other regions is 2-5 business days.
– Orders above INR 599 qualify for free shipping.
– Large quantity orders may take an additional 1-3 business days for processing.

SECTION 5 – CLAIMS & RETURNS POLICY

– Claims for non-receipt of a product or an empty box must be raised within 24 hours of receipt with an unboxing video that includes the original outer seal.
– Items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition. Any missing stones, packaging, or damages may impact the exchange.
– In cases of significant damage, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the product.
– Refunds will take a minimum of 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the product at our store or central warehouse.

SECTION 6 – RETURN POLICY

The RETURN does not apply to the following:
– Damages due to mishandling, negligence, impact damage, accidents, or tampering.
– Surface finish/color variations and loss of stones from the product.
– There may be up to a 2% variation in weight, dimensions, or color of the product compared to the mentioned specifications.
