Return & Refund Policy
At Paamya, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products before dispatch. As a result, “we do not accept returns or offer refunds”, except in the rare case of a damaged or defective product being received.
Eligibility for Return/Refund:
– A return or refund will only be considered if the product received is “damaged” or “defective“.
– To initiate a return/refund for a damaged item, the customer must provide a “complete and uncut unboxing video” clearly showing the damage as the package is being opened.
– The unboxing video must be recorded “from the moment the parcel is being opened, without any cuts or edits”. Any claims without this video will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Timeline:
– Once the unboxing video is reviewed and the damage is verified by our team, the refund will be processed within “2–3 working days” to the original mode of payment.
